LOGICA LLC Text Messaging is a standard-rate one-off (1msg/request) and subscription alert service focused on providing consumers with 2-way communication, news, support, information, and promotions through SMS & MMS messages, alerts, polls, and content. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases of goods or services and your consent is not a condition of purchase.

By signing up for the subscription alert service, you agree to receive automated text messages.

You will not receive any unsolicited messages from our texting number.

The service is not intended for children under 13, and LOGICA LLC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.

CONSUMER FEES

Our service never charges consumers to 'receive' or 'reply to' text messages. However, depending on your mobile service plan, message & data rates may apply.

CARRIERS SUPPORTED

Alltel, Boost, AT&T, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Virgin Mobile US, ACS Wireless, and many others.

* Sprint does not support standard rate video.

* Boost, VMU, & Nextel do not support MMS services.

WARRANTY

LOGICA LLC will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.

PRIVACY POLICY

LOGICA LLC respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us with information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

LOGICA Mobile APP Terms and Conditions

Welcome to LOGICA LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LOGICA LLC mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Subscription

1.1. Subscription Purchase: By purchasing a subscription to LOGICA LLC, you gain access to premium features and content within the App. The subscription is available for purchase through the designated platform (e.g., Apple App Store for iOS devices, Google Play Store for Android devices).

1.2. Single Account Usage: Your subscription is tied to the account from which it was purchased. It cannot be transferred or activated on another account.

1.3. Platform Restriction: Subscriptions purchased through a specific platform (e.g., iOS or Android) can only be used on that platform. For example, if you purchase a subscription on Android, you cannot use it on iOS devices and vice versa.
 

2. Account

2.1. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2. Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately to prevent any misuse.
 

3. Use of the App

3.1. Acceptable Use: You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or its servers. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to hacking, reverse engineering, or distributing malware.
 

4. Termination

4.1. Termination by User: You may terminate your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

4.2. Termination by LOGICA LLC: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. No Warranty: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LOGICA LLC or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Amendments

6.1. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the App.

6.2. Notification: We may notify you of significant changes to these Terms via email or within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
